For Luis Pedraza, the journey began in his hometown of Morelia, Mexico, where vibrant flavors and warm hospitality are a way of life.
In 2019, Luis brought that passion to Prince George, VA, with the opening of the first Morelia Mexican Restaurant, quickly becoming a favorite for authentic Mexican cuisine.
As the Prince George community embraced Morelia, Luis and his wife Carmen saw an opportunity to do more. They recognized a need for a family-friendly restaurant in Surry, a place where people could gather to share great food and create lasting memories. Inspired by their love for authentic Mexican flavors and a commitment to serving others, they decided to build a new location dedicated to the Surry community.
